DataProBackup is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the
information that we collect about you to provide the services that you
subscribe to, and to occasionally inform you of updates, and other information
that is relevant to your usage of the DataProBackup service. Every employee at
DataProBackup is bound by an employee convenants agreement to comply
with this privacy statement.
Information that we collect
We must collect your email address and allow you to select a password in order
to provide access to the DataProBackup system. You may
optionally provide your Name, Address, and Telephone numbers. The
optional information will only be used to contact you in accordance with this
agreement.
Hosted Information
Information hosted on your behalf by DataProBackup is considered to be
private and falls under the policy described in this document. Rhino USA, LLC will not use contact
information that we are hosting on your behalf for marketing or any other purposes, except
for troubleshooting or to comply with law.
Use of the information
We use your email address and password to verify
your identity when you enter the system. We
may occasionally contact you to notify you of planned outages, upgrades,
updates and other information you will need to use the system.
DataProBackup may use your information to
investigate any suspected violations of the user agreement. In
order to provide you with excellent and reliable service, we may occasionally
use your information in efforts to investigate errors, problems and other
anomalies. We may also use your
information to test solutions; however, under no circumstances will your
information be made available to other subscribers or unauthorized people
without your consent.
Disclosure of information
DataProBackup does not sell, trade, or rent
your personal information to anyone, ever.
Rhino USA LLC may release account information when we believe, in good
faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with laws, to
enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or to protect the
rights, property or safety of DataProBackup, our customers and clients,
our end-users, or others.
Protection of customer information
Your data that is resident on DataProBackup
servers is protected by a firewall which blocks all access from the internet
that is not required for proper functioning and operation of the system. Furthermore,
all of the customer data that we collect is protected against unauthorized
access by internal security techniques.
We use all reasonable efforts and
techniques to protect your data from known and unknown attacks by hackers or
Trojan horses that may cause your data to be accessed by unauthorized persons
or entities..
Use of cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that are

in conjunction with DataProBackup applications. We do not read any
information other than what we write in the course of your using the DataProBackup website.

DataProBackup designs its
